At Pear, we use AI to help match therapy seekers with the right therapist. Before any information reaches our AI matching tool, your name and contact details are separated from your responses. A member of our team reviews every match recommendation before you hear from us, and has the authority to change or reject it.

We also use AI tools to support our day-to-day work such as drafting and research. We do not input identifiable client or therapist data into these tools. We use AI in a way that is safe, lawful, and always under human oversight.
